My goooooooodness!!! Absolutely beautiful! The cut is gorgeous- the taste is amazing! Highly recommend getting your meat from a butcher that has local resources. I have to say its cheaper and the quality is priceless! It really is more cost effective.... and the quality is outstanding! I haven’t had meat like this since… hmm I traveled.
